In our time, too many young people contract STDs, although they have a lot of information and they receive sexual education from early childhood. No matter why they’re not paying attention to all the advice they receive, once they contracted an STD or they suspect they have it, they should go straight to the doctor for a check and for treatment, if necessary. None of the existing sexually transmitted diseases can be cured without a treatment, that is why the people who are affected should have a lot of information. Even if they didn’t paid attention before, there are great chances that after such an unpleasant disease, they will be more careful. STDs easy to contract are genetal warts. The genetal warts, also named venereal warts are extremely spread. Apparently, in the world there are more than 20 million people living with genetal warts and being able to spread it further to others.

More than this, only in the United States of America, each year, 6 million new cases of genetal warts are diagnosed. The genetal warts are one of the biggest problems that still do not have a cure or a 100% tested vaccine. The genetal warts can appear in men and women and can be easily contracted through intercourse or even while having foreplay. To contract the genetal warts, two people do not really need to get to have sex, when the skin of the infected person is in contact with the skin of the other, they can be easily transmitted.

The genetal warts can be also transmitted through vaginal, anal or oral sex. This is why this disease can develop even in the mouth area or in the throat of a person that had oral sex. The genetal warts appear as small lesions shaped like a cauliflower on the skin. Untreated genetal warts can lead to infertility, that is why those who want to have children should get immediate treatment. Of course, anyone should get emergency treatment, not just to overcome the problem of possible infertility issues, but also to avoid spreading the genetal warts to the future sex partners.

Genetal warts are a really serious STD even if you are a woman or a man. The best thing you can do for your health is to take care of your body. To avoid taking genetal warts from your sex partner, use a condom. It is complicated if you have intercourse with more than one partner, but if you are not embarrassed to sleep with someone, you should not be embarrassed to talk to your sex partner about the condom. This is how many people get genetal warts, because of shame. Let shame aside, because going to a doctor to hear this not so great diagnosis – genetal warts, will be really embarrassing. Today, when everyone is talking about protection and condoms can be bought everywhere, genetal warts should not exist. Still, this problem is actual, because most people are ashamed to talked with their sex partners about protection.

Using a condom will keep you safe from almost any STD, as long as you use it correctly. So, make sure the condom is not stung or ruptured and use it. Without a condom, you may take not only genetal warts, but also the really serious HIV that leads to AIDS. So, do not take protection as a joke and use a condom every time you have sex to make sure you avoid contracting genetal warts or something worse. If you have a long time partner and you want to give up using the condom, you should both have a check to make sure you are both healthy before making this important step.

If you do not have a relationship and you have random sex partners or one night stands, condoms are not an option. You cannot rely on how handsome is a guy or how good-looking a girl is because this is not a guarantee of anything. On men, genetal warts do not even show any signs for a long time. This is why using a condom is the best thing you can do to avoid contracting genetal warts or any STD until you have a steady partner and you know you are both clean.
